Kitchen West Redesign

UNT’s West Cafeteria was converted into Kitchen West, Texas’s first university dining hall completely free from the Big 8 Allergens and gluten—an occasion worthy of a complete overhaul. I had to opportunity to revamp the brand identity with a colleague, as well as collaborate with the Facilities team remodeling the interior. The result is a bright, modern space that reflects the clean-eating experience.

Eagle Landing: A New Dining Hall

Eagle Landing replaced Kerr Hall, one of the biggest cafeterias for freshman. I assisted with naming the new building, the branding, and delivering food menu items for students.
